KARS provides access to Kansas historical aerial photography through an in-house archive of black and white USDA photographs and color slides, as well as ordering assistance for nationwide NAAP and NHAP photography. KARS' collection contains hundreds of black and white 9" x 9" aerial photographs and transparencies (1:20,000 and 1:40,000) and color slides.
KARS has completed three statewide map projects for the State of Kansas. Each of these unique maps is available to the general public. Statewide management and planning, K-12 classroom use, and beautiful wall art are just a few of the uses for these maps.
